All residents are encouraged to participate with or on any of the committees below. These Committees are not intended to replace your first point of contact for HOA issues. eCoastal HOA Management remains your first contact to resolve any of your HOA concerns until 1 April 2026. The purpose of these committees is to build a sense of community within Forest Lakes. Now that we have more homeowners our intent is to build a neighborhood that welcomes neighbors, have activities that we all want to bring us together and provide valuable resources for when you have questions (about Forest Lakes or Pooler) on where to go.
Welcoming Committee: Jeri Robbins (Chair), Elizabeth Hardy, Janice Hardy, Christy Preston, Jay and Whittney Peteranetz – The purpose of this committee is to welcome new home owners (new construction and resale) throughout Forest Lakes.
Activities (Events) Committee: David Saba (Chair), Cynthia Holmes, Chad Whittis, Jay and Whitney Peteranetz - The purpose of this committee is to provide 3-4 events per year to bring us together at the clubhouse more of a get to know your neighbor and celebrate.
Architecture Review Board Committee: Michael Holmes (Chair): Jeri Robbins, Chad Whittis, Elizabeth Hardy, Artenze Hall. This committee reports to Kyle Mathews (VP) for approving Modification approvals to your homes. You will need to fill out the ARB request form and email/mail it in to the HOA Management company. Appeals of ARB decisions can be requested at the monthly BOD meetings.
