Forest Lakes Committee - Contact Les Preston if you would like to become a Committee Representative.  We will meet at the Amenity Center on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 pm... All Residents are welcome.

In July 2025, we the members of Forest Lakes, changed our committees from an area based committee to activity type committees.  All residents are encouraged to participate with or on any of the committees below.

These Committees are not intended to replace your first point of contact for HOA issues. Elite Management remains your first contact to resolve any of your HOA concerns.  The purpose of these committees is to build a sense of community within Forest Lakes.  Now that we have more homeowners our intent is to build a neighborhood that welcomes neighbors, have activities that we all want to bring us together and provide valuable resources for when you have questions (about Forest Lakes or Pooler) on where to go.

If you would like to be a part of any of these committees, just reach out to the committee chair via Facebook. If you are not able to reach them, contact Les Preston and he will put you in touch with the Committee.

Welcoming Committee: Jeri Robbins (Chair), Elizabeth Hardy, Janice Hardy, Christy Preston, Jay and Whittney Peteranetz – The purpose of this committee is to welcome new home owners (new construction and resale) throughout Forest Lakes.

Activities (Events) Committee: David Saba (Chair), Cynthia Holmes, Chad Whitis, Jay and Whitney Peteranetz - The purpose of this committee is to provide 3-4 events per year to bring us together at the clubhouse more of a get to know your neighbor and celebrate.

Landscaping Committee: Michael Holmes (Chair): Jeri Robbins, Janice Murphy, Ronald Daughtry – Stand by for more from the Landscaping Committee.

“Jack of All Things Unknown” (JATU) Committee”: Chad Whitis, Kaushal Patel and Aaron Henry. The purpose of this committee is to help answer general questions for residents new and established. Need to know where a 24-hour pharmacy is? How about where or who can replace my smoke detectors?
